WE BELIEVE
Cor de Coco was started to create a healthy and delicious alternative to dairy milk products. We wanted drinks that tasted great and didn't compromise on quality; they had to "feel" like the "real" milk alternative, without the dairy. As iced coffee fanatics this was where we started and it has grown from there to a dream that Cor De Coco will be the number one alternative dairy brand for health lovers.
Why coconuts? We have seen coconuts providing food, hydration, medicine, fuel and building materials in communities from Cape York in Australia to Vietnam and Sri Lanka. They are one of the most delicious, sustainable, healthy and life changing plants in the world. With at least 65% coconut water in our unique formulation it also means our drinks are super hydrating, plus we have the added health benefit of the naturally occurring vitamins and minerals like potassium, magnesium and vitamin C that come from the coconut.
We truly believe in the goodness of natural, high quality ingredients and we are foodies at heart. We also have three out of our five family members who struggle with lactose and regularly feel the disappointment of being left without a single-serve, ready to drink, non-dairy option.
Our shakes were first imagined in 2019 to solve this challenge for our family (and many others like it), so we spent months carefully crafting a new formula made with only premium ingredients to deliver on our goal of bringing a non-dairy, single serve shakes and iced coffees to market that maintained our natural and allergen friendly brand position. We landed on the winning formula you can enjoy today; one our whole family truly loves.
As a brand we are not dairy haters, we are dairy dodgers… and we are not big fans of all the artificial stuff. Our name, Cor de Coco, means “from the heart of the coconut” and we hope you love what we have made for you as much as your whole family's tummies will.

Franko Callanan
A passionate foodie, resident master chef to his family and a creator of epic brands. Franko’s commitment to things that taste great and good health means his house is always full of laughter, friends and family… who are notoriously lining up for his next delicious meal.
With a background as a brand strategist and executive creative director, Franko is behind the scenes for Cor de Coco crafting the look and feel of the brand. He’s also at the helm of new product development and can be trusted to sniff out the latest of foodie trends.
If Franko is not at work you will find him outdoors; riding his motorbike, teaching the kids how to make forts or sailing off into the distance on his fishing boat.

Leticia Callanan
A spirited adventurer, runner and lover of the written word. Leticia’s commitment to good health and staying active started with her childhood dream of being an Olympian. She didn’t quite make it to the Olympic Games, but her good habits of exercise and healthy eating have lasted a lifetime.
With a background as a journalist and digital marketing nerd, Leticia is behind the scenes making sure people know all about Cor de Coco and what’s important to us.

Our boys are our chief product samplers; with two lactards amongst them and often impossibly high standards, we knew it was imperative to impress them and their straight talking mates. Thankfully (phew) we’ve passed all their product innovation tests and we will continue to rely on them for their advice in making sure we deliver products the whole family loves to drink.
